Age of Aquarius baby! Aquarius is all about community, peace-making and love-shaking. Oh yeah, this is a sexy moon. One that is here to empower ourselves to break free of conventional constructs, evoke liberation from within and bring confidence to outwardly express our Self with conviction! Aquarius is the Star card in the tarot, so this time is all about stepping into our purpose with passion and intention to receive the recognition for our work that we DESERVE! Let your ego be painted in gold glitter; as this moon energy resides in Leo season still, it’s a hot time for being our own fan.
What can I do to get the most out of this time?
Get ritual’d. Full Moon energy is the most powerful of the cycle to practice letting go. Here’s how you can:
Go into meditation for a few minutes and, after breathing deeply to relax into your body, bring to the forefront of your mind all that is distracting you from feeling empowered to follow your passions ++ dreams (e.g. fear, doubt, a toxic friendship circle / relationship etc.)
Notice what shows up in meditation and as your eyes are closed and your breathing is deepening, exhale as actively + audibly as you can. Shoot all the shit you are wanting to let go of on the exhale, then breathe fresh space into your body on the inhale
Get your journal / paper + pen - write down all that you are committed to working on letting go of for this next month - whether self-sabotaging thoughts, environments, addictive habits, procrastination etc. etc.
Stand outside and watch the paper burn in front of you, to feel a sense of relief // weight leave your body
Then write what you are going to focus more on this next month, to create more positive energies to be nurtured - creativity, bliss, passion, joy, gratitude etc
